Is your food business new or is being sold or taken over by new proprietors or by food business operators?  If so, the new proprietors of the business will need to inform the Food and Health & Safety Team of this by completing a Food Registration Form. 

This can be obtained by phoning the team on 01902 696253;  emailing  env.commercial@sstaffs.gov.uk or available to download on the Council's website by clicking here.
