Please check your Premises Licence because you need to bear in mind that Boxing Day falls on a Monday this year and many Premises Licences will provide for shorter hours on a Monday than during the rest of the week.

You should therefore consider applying for any Temporary Event Notices for the 26 December and the remainder of that week  if you need to extend your hours.

The last day for submitting a Temporary Event Notice to extend the hours for 26 December means that your notice must be received by the Council and the Police on or before 9 December 2011.
