We'd love to hear what you think about anything to do with local transport:

where do the buses go?

where do they stop?
where do you want them to go?
do they run often enough?
do you know where to get information about timetables?
What are the bus stops like?
what are the roads like?
what about pavements?

What you say is up to you.

Below is a map which shows you what transport services run at the moment:

The bus timetable needs to be clearer on the websites. Because its hard to tell what time and the place.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion.

The quality of the map that is displayed on the forum can vary depending on what resolution settings are on your PC monitor.

We have added a higher quality PDF that you can see if you click on the picture itself.

Thanks again

Although we have a car, my wife and I are regular bus users.  Recently my wife and a friend went from Penkridge to Wolverhampton, catching the 76 bus at Boscomoor Lane stop on the A449.  They ask if timetables can be posted at ALL bus stops (as they used to be).   The times had recently been changed (9 days earlier) and they hadn't acquired a new timetable so had to wait for 40 minutes.    On a recent trip to Germany, the main bus stop in the town had electronic notices telling you exactly when the next bus was coming (and it was on time practically to the second).   This facility is now used at Penkridge Railway Station to tell passengers when the next train is due and where it is going.    Could this be considered for the main stops in the centre of the town?

When we asked the driver if he had a copy of the new timetable he replied  "They're around.  I just pick the bus up".

This is my first contribution and so I thought what better than a complaint - concern actually. The worry is the size of buses that travel the country lanes. I think they are dangerously wide and often driven pretty aggressively. I don't think they need to be full size as they are not usually carrying a lot of passengers.
